The Grove Playtown Parties
Give your child a magical birthday celebration with two full hours of exclusive hire of Grove Playtown: the perfect setting for imaginative play and unforgettable memories.
Our Standard Party offers full access to the Playtown along with a private, decorated party room, giving children plenty of time to play, explore and celebrate with friends.
Available Saturdays, 3:15pm–5:15pm and Sundays, 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
Up to 25 children and 30 adults.
What’s included:
- 2 hours exclusive hire of Grove Playtown
- Full access to the play village during the party
- A decorated party room for food and celebrations
- A dedicated Grove Playtown team member on site
- Downloadable Grove Playtown party invitations
Families are welcome to bring their own party food and birthday cake. Please note that food is not supplied by Grove Playtown, and parents will need to provide their own plates, cups and napkins if bringing food.

Food and Drink
- Food and drink are not permitted in the Playtown play areas. All food must be served in the party room.
Timings
- The party organiser may arrive up to 5 minutes before the start time to set up.
- As Birchen Grove Garden Centre closes at 5:30pm, all guests and belongings must be vacated by 5:15pm.
Important Update for Parties from 3rd October 2026: We are excited to introduce our newly decorated Workshop Room as part of the Grove Playtown party experience.
From this date, after 1 hour 30 mins, party guests will be invited into the Workshop Room to enjoy their party food and birthday cake in a larger, dedicated celebration space. This change has been introduced to provide a more comfortable experience for larger groups. If you would prefer to use the original Party Room instead, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
