How long is a play session?
Each children’s play session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes.
What age is The Grove Playtown suitable for?
The play areas are designed for children under 7 years old.
Do I need to pre-book?
Yes, pre-booking online is required. Walk ins may be accepted if space allows.
How many children are in each play session?
Sessions are capped at 25 children per session.
Do children need to be supervised?
Yes. Children must be supervised at all times. The Grove Playtown accepts no responsibility for supervising children.
Do we need to wear socks?
Yes. All adults and children must wear socks at all times.
Can we eat and drink in the play areas?
Food should only be consumed at a table, not in the play areas.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non refundable. However, they are transferable with 24 hours’ notice.
What if I lose something during my visit?
The Grove Playtown cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
