The party organiser may enter The Grove Playtown up to five minutes before the party start time, allowing staff time to clean and reset between sessions.

Early access to the party room only may be available for dropping items off. Please arrange this with the The Grove Playtown team in advance.

No. Once food has been served, guests are asked not to re‑enter the play area. This allows our team to clean the space.

Not at the moment. While we continue to establish our party offering and prepare for the opening of our new Garden Café, catering is not included. Families are welcome to bring their own food and drinks to be served in the party room.

Yes, you’re very welcome to personalise your space. We just ask that decorations are not attached to walls or fixtures.
